As a teenager, my dad owned a place where people gathered to relax and have fun. I would cook and sell hamburgers, candy, sodas and French fries. From an early age, I aspired to become an entrepreneur. Starting a food truck seemed like the perfect way to fulfill that dream. I enjoy communicating with people and love seeing their smiling faces as they taste my food.
